How do I pay for classes?
 

You May pay online, check or cash.  Online payments may be made on the online payment page. Checks should be put in the payment box on the wall to the left of the first office. Cash is only taken in the Main office. Please to remember to put the child's name in the memo. Accounts are under the child;s name.  

 

What should my child wear for class?

 

Leotards, or lose fitting clothing should be worn to classes. No jeans or jewelry should be worn. Hair below the shoulders should be put up.

Is there a Registration Fee?

 

Yes. The registration fee is paid annually. Our year runs from Sept - Aug each year. We do prorate the fee during the year. 

 

What are your term dates?

 

Our classes run on a montly term. You pay each month. 

Do you allow make-ups for missed classes?

 

Yes we do allow makeups. Please call or email the Center to schedule a make-up. You have 4 weeks to make-up missed classes. S.T.A.R.S and Team have scheduled make-ups. 

Are your coaches qualified?
 

All of our senior coaches are safety certified and have gone through background checks. All coaches are CPR/First Aid certified. 

 

Can we still join your classes after the term has started?

 

The Center allows starting at any time. 

 

Can parents watch?

 

Prior to COVID-19 parents were allowed to watch all classes, except Team (certain times parents are invited to watch). We are following CDC guidelines and have now openned to one parent/guardian socially distance can watch. 

 

What is your ratio of children to coaches?

 

Prior to COVID-19 are ratios for classes. 

Lions - 15 (with parents)

Tigers - 6

Bears/Diamonds/Tornadoes - 8

Adv. Diamonds - 8-10 (depending on age)

Twinkling/RIsing S.T.A.R.S. - 8

Shining S.T.A.R.S/Team. - 8 - 10 depending on age)
