From the East:

To get to the Center from the East take Highway 17 to the second Owego Exit (Exit 64)

At the bottom of the exit make a left turn.

At stop sign make a right on to Route 434.

Turn right at the light and go over the Susquehanna Bridge.

At the traffic light go straight.

Turn right at the light. (Main Street)

Turn left at the light. (North Ave)

Go straight on North Ave past the Highway 96 Turn off.

Continue on for approximately .50 of a mile.

The Center is located on your right.


From the West:

To get to the Center from the West take Highway 17 to the first Owego Exit. (Exit 64)

Go across the Susquehanna Bridge.

At the traffic light go straight.

Turn right at the light. (Main Street)

Turn left at the light. (North Ave)

Go straight on North Ave past the Highway 96 Turn off.

Continue on for approximately .50 of a mile.

The Center is located on your right.


From the North on State Route 38:

Follow State Route 38 South toward Owego.

The Center is on your left about 3 miles out of downtown Owego


From the North on State Route 96:

At the intersection of State Route 96 and State Route 38.  (Just after you cross the bridge)

Turn left on State Route 38.

Continue on for approximately .50 of a mile.

The Center is located on your right.
