Our S.T.A.R.S. program is for children we feel demonstrate a certain amount of innate ability. These children will be given the opportunity to come in for more time to help them develop flexibility, strength, endurance and discipline. These classes are by invitation only and the S.T.A.R.S. child will be continually evaluated to insure that they are in the correct class. We will challenge each child to reach their potential, but will always keep in mind their needs and the building of their self-confidence. (Invitation only)
Twinkling S.T.A.R.S.: Designed to allow the 3 and 4 year olds to move a little faster in their gymnastics training, developing more strength and flexibility then the average Tykes class, while learning the basics of gymnastics.
Rising S.T.A.R.S.: Designed to allow the 4 - 7 year old children the opportunity to develop their gymnastics skills with more intense instruction and experience gymnastics on a different level, stressing more endurance, flexibility, strength, and discipline.
Shining S.T.A.R.S. (Recreational Team): Designed for those children 7 years and older that would like to continue their gymnastics on a higher level competing with other Recreational Teams in the New York area. This class will promote a positive self-image while developing more strength, flexibility, and discipline. This class will also prepare a child for higher-level gymnastics or sports.
Shooting S.T.A.R.S.: Designed for the child not quite ready to enter our competitive program or Diamonds/Shining Stars classes. A more intense and structured workout with higher-level skills being developed, while maintaining a higher level of endurance, strength, flexibility, and discipline.
Fall Schedule
The Rising/Shooting and Shining S.T.A.R.S. Fall Schedule wil begin on September 8th. You must turn in a completed S.T.A.R.S Registration/Commitment Form, S.T.A.R.S. registration fee, September monthly fees and have no unpaid balances to begin practice in September.
